# Release April 18, 2021

## What's New

### Workflow Step Names are now editable in the workflow builder

Lightico now allows you to define the step names you want as part of a workflow, enabling the agent and customers to have a better understanding of the progress made and improved orientation in the flow.

### Tickbox documents are now available

Lightico now allows you to easily build a terms and conditions page with a mandatory check box. It is also possible to force users to scroll all the way down before allowing them to tick the box and continue the flow.

### Consent messages configuration in a workflow

It is now possible to configure the consent messages in a workflow to show a single consent upon entering the workflow, use the consent configuration of each document, or avoid showing consent messages in that workflow at all.

### Wording templates in a workflow

It is now possible to use PDF wording templates when using a PDF as part of a workflow

### Data extraction from a photo ID

Data extraction from a government issued ID is now available even when authentication is not required or done via other means. The extracted data can be bound to Lightico attributes and can be auto-populated in forms & PDFs or returned back as a response.

### Conditional radio-button options

In some cases, you may need to hide certain options from a radio-button group, based on business requirements or business logic. It is now possible to define visibility conditions on radio-button options in the Form Designer, enabling businesses to have a lot more flexibility and freedom when building a smart form.

### Bind initials & signatures to an attribute

In some cases, signatures and initials can simply contain typed text that is derived from the customer’s full name. It is now possible to bind a signature or an initial element in the PDF editor to an attribute of type text or function. This way, the customer can just click **sign**and the field will be populated automatically with the attribute value.

### Prevent typed signature

Lightico now enables you to configure whether or not typed signatures are applicable.

### Email sender name on a team level

Lightico now enables you to configure the Email Sender name on a team level, enabling different teams to customize their emails according to their specific needs.

## Fixes and Improvements

- [Documents] Display of field values on customer side document preview and completed document are now aligned.
- [Co-signers] When Ad-Hoc documents are sent in a batch to co-signers' phone, sometimes the documents were sent in separate sessions. This is now fixed and co-signers receive all documents from a batch within the same session.
- [Customer UX] The Previous and Add Another buttons now have a standardized look and feel.
- [Workflows] PDF assets in a workflow are now displayed for each condition that is met in a workflow condition-hub.
- [API] Setting a Boolean attribute key in customer data did not display for agent preview. This is now fixed.
