# Release April 27, 2025

Welcome to our end-of-April release! We’ve added new formatting options for number Attributes, the ability to set Workflow expiration times, and a new way to automate document validation with straight-through processing. Plus, we’ve improved photo IDV reporting with more detailed AAMVA data to help you get even better insights.

## New features

This release includes the following new features:

### Formatting for number Attributes

With this release, you can define the following types of formatting for number Attributes:

- **Separator type** – Comma, point, or no separator (for example, for thousand separator, 1,234 or 1.234 or 1234)
- **Percent symbol** – added at the end of the number (for example, 50%)
- **Currency**– Added at the beginning of the number (for example, $50)

Whenever a number value is displayed in PDF Template, Dynamic Document, or Form, the formatting as defined in the Attribute is added.

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> The number of decimal places can still only be defined in Form settings.

For more information, see [Create and edit Attributes in Form builder](https://knowledge.lightico.com/v1/docs/create-and-edit-attributes-in-form-builder#number-formatting).

### Workflow expiration time

You can now set an expiration time for a Workflow starting from the moment it is added to a session. The agent, primary participant and all additional participants must complete their actions before this time. Once the expiration time is reached, the Workflow becomes unavailable to everyone. This ensures that time-bound processes are only accessible for a limited period, ensuring security, compliance, and operational control.

For more information, see [Configure general Workflow settings](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/configure-workflow-settings#workflow-expiration).

> [!TIP]
> A new webhook event is also sent when a Workflow expires. See [Workflow expired event](https://developers.lightico.com/docs/api-reference/branches/main/hx4t0ssicfwdy-events#workflow-expired).

## New Document Analyzer feature

### Enable straight-through processing

A new API parameter lets you fully automate document validation by accepting AI-generated analysis results without manual review. This enables true straight-through processing—ideal for enterprise clients who need to scale document processing and support high-volume, real-time automation.

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> This option is recommended only after you've established confidence in the AI results. We strongly suggest refining and validating the analysis using the Document Analyzer UI to ensure accuracy before enabling full automation.

For more information, see the [Create document analysis endpoint](https://developers.lightico.com/docs/api-reference/branches/main/bwqwiaeyzmu4e-create-document-analysis) in the Lightico developer center.

## Improvements

### Enhance photo IDV reporting

Photo IDV events now include AAMVA-related data when the AAMVA check is configured in the profile. This includes whether the check was requested, the check status, and the response code. This data is available for analytics reporting through your Customer Success representative.
