# Release April 6, 2025

Spring brings a fresh new look to our Help Center and powerful enhancements across the platform! This release introduces smarter document classification, greater control over SMS settings, and expanded Salesforce integration. Plus, usability improvements make it even easier to build seamless customer journeys. Embrace the season of renewal with a smoother, more efficient experience!

## Help Center documentation site update

This month, you’ll notice that our documentation has a fresh, modern look! While the design has been updated, all the features and content you’re familiar with remain the same. Enjoy the improved experience, designed to make it even easier to build and complete your customers' journeys. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/473bb8c5-ff1b-4930-8109-2321ac6ab967/Images/Documentation/image(328).png)

## New features

This release includes the following new features:

### Prevent admins from changing SMS settings

![](https://cdn.document360.io/473bb8c5-ff1b-4930-8109-2321ac6ab967/Images/Documentation/image(271).png)

Due to limitations imposed by The Campaign Registry (TCR), SMS content can be changed only by certified users. In this release, you can request to disable SMS settings in the Lightico Admin Center allowing them to be viewed but not modified. For information about these settings, see [Send notifications](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/notifications#sms-content).

### Read-only fields in Forms

Now you can define Form fields as **read-only**. This allows you to add Attribute values to the session, for example, via agent Form or API and show them in the customer Form without allowing editing.

For more information about Form settings, see [Configure Form field settings](/v1/docs/configure-form-field-settings)

## New Document Analyzer features

### Manually classify documents

Previously, manual document classification was limited to AI-trained models. With this update, users can select from any defined Document Request type, ensuring more precise and accurate categorization.

This feature is supported when users:

- Change the AI-assigned classification of a document.
- Assign a classification to a document that was not recognized by the AI.

In addition, now a document can be submitted as **unclassified**if no available classification applies.

For more information, see [Validate a document package](/v1/docs/verifying-a-document-package).

### Group pages by document classification

The Document Analyzer now automatically groups pages that were classified under the same document type, improving accuracy in rule application and document structure. This enhances reliability and makes analysis clearer and more efficient. Previously, pages of the same document could be broken into multiple documents, leading to incorrect rule evaluations and confusion during review.

## New Salesforce feature

### Invocable methods to support Workflows

With this release we have added two new invocable methods to the Lightico Salesforce app:

- Create session
- Add Workflow

For more information, see [Invocable Method](/v1/docs/invocable-method).

## Improvements

### Filter History page according to session settings

![](https://cdn.document360.io/473bb8c5-ff1b-4930-8109-2321ac6ab967/Images/Documentation/image(273).png)

Now you can filter session history by what settings were used in the session, regardless of the agent’s team. This is in addition to the existing filter that filters for sessions started by an agents’ team, even if they used different settings for the session.

For more information, see [Administrator session history](/v1/docs/administrator-session-history).

### Usability enhancements in Dynamic Document builder

A series of improvements were made to the Dynamic Document builder to streamline the editing experience for business configurators. Together, these changes reduce friction and make the builder more intuitive.

- Sticky toolbars for easier editing within sections
- Auto-scroll to newly added sections
- Font style now persists until manually changed
- Ability to insert a new line as part of an object
- New lines between objects now behave as expected (objects appear one below the other)

For more information about the HTML / Dynamic Document builder, see [Create Dynamic and other HTML documents](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/create-html-documents).

## Fixes

### Collaboration room

Resolved the following issues:

- Lengthy text in Form dropdowns extended beyond the border of the field.
- In some cases deletion of a multi-signer Workflow from a session would only be deleted for the primary session.
- An agent was not able to resend a Workflow with a Dynamic Document.
- Checkbox of a Tick-box Document was not clickable.
- Session PIN code or OTP only filled 1 PIN field if copied/pasted or auto filled using iPhone devices.
- Unable to see certain UI texts when using some accessibility features.
- Attribute value was not carried over to a second Workflow.
- Wrong navigation button was displayed in a customer Form (**Disagree**instead of **Previous**).
- Occasionally, a Workflow would restart after the primary participant signed.
- The co-signers invitations feature did not work as expected for pre-planned sessions in a Workflow.
- Ampersand (&) in manual dataset displayed incorrectly for agent and customer.

### Studio

- You could not select text from multiple cells in a Dynamic Document table.
- An additional signer added to a PDF via the Workflow Builder was not reflected in the Workflow.
- The font and size selector for the Tick-box Document (HTML) builder were partially hidden.
- The **Send completed Workflow**toggle incorrectly appeared in self-service Workflow settings. It has been removed. **Note:**To enable customers to receive completed Workflows by email, see [Send completed Workflow documents to customer email](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/document-handling#send-completed-workflow-documents-to-customer-email).
- Alignment issues with HTML designer (Dynamic Documents) objects.
- In some cases, the HTML designer context menu did not appear in tables.
- Tick-box full screen option display issue.

### Campaigns

Resolved the following issue:

- An exported Hebrew campaign file did not display the text correctly.

### Events

Resolved the following issues:

- The masterSessionId parameter was empty in the cosigner **Session created** event data.
- Customer data did not appear when a Workflow was completed by a co-signer only.
