## New Collaboration Room features

### OTP delivery using agent console

Until now, if an agent started a session from the agent console with OTP (One Time Passcode) authentication enabled, the agent would have to wait to provide the customer with the passcode. With this release, a new system/team setting (**Customer authentication > Send OTP to customer**) enables the agent to provide a communication channel in the **new session** dialog for sending the passcode. When the customer enters the session, the passcode is automatically sent via SMS or email, eliminating the need for the agent to share it manually.

For more information, see [Customer authentication](/v1/docs/customer-authentication#send-otp-to-customer).

### Email connector integration hub

For businesses that are not able to consume [Lightico webhook events](https://developers.lightico.com/docs/api-reference/hx4t0ssicfwdy-events), this new feature offers a simple alternative method for receiving reports of session data. A new integration hub enables you to set up an automatic system for receiving data that is captured during a session. In the hub, you provide an email address and define what data is to be relayed. Then in the Workflow builder, enable the setting per step or for the Workflow as a whole. When the step or Workflow is completed by the customer, a CSV file with the data is sent to the provided email address.

For more information, see [Send session data to an email address](/v1/docs/send-session-data-to-email-address).

- **Documents analysis completed** event has been renamed **document analysis processed**.
- **Document validation completed** and **document analysis summary** events have been merged into a single, consolidated **document analysis completed** event.
- Introduced the following new parameters to all Document Analyzer events:
  - **documentAnalysisTypeId**– Analysis type ID used for this package
  - **processingMode** - 1 = HITL (Human-in-the-loop), 2 = STP (Straight-through processing).

For more information, see [Document Analyzer events](https://developers.lightico.com/docs/api-reference/branches/main/lcsk7yvan13da-document-analyzer-events#document-analysis-completed) in the Lightico Developer center.
