# Release June 4, 2023

## What's New

This release includes the following new features:

### Dynamic Documents upgrades

Dynamic Document configuration upgrades:

- Enable your customer to sign or initial the document, as well as approve it.
- Require the customer to scroll to the bottom of the document before they sign or approve. (In **System Settings > Session > Conversation behaviors > Customer > Require review**.)
- Build the dynamic document on a canvas that is the size of a document page.
- Select to clean or keep formatting when pasting text into the dynamic document builder.

Dynamic Document customer experience upgrades:

- On a laptop or desktop, the dynamic document is rendered as a standard document that maintains the same layout created in the builder.
- On a mobile device, the dynamic document is rendered as a responsive page that keeps all text within the screen borders when magnified. Tables become scrollable when they lie outside the borders.

### Workflows: Save Draft, Publish, Restore

Now you have more options when saving a workflow:

- Save Draft - Save your workflow at any time without publishing it for agents.
- Publish - Make a workflow available to agents.
- Restore - Restore previously published versions of the workflow.

### Move and duplicate workflows

You can now do the following from the Workflows page:

- Select **Move to** to move workflows and folders to another folder.
- Select **Duplicate**to create a copy of a workflow. The copy is created as a draft and is saved in the some folder as the original.

Select **Move to** to move workflows and folders in the Workflows page.

### Versioning - New PDF Editor

View and upload previously published versions of a PDF template. This feature works as it did in the old PDF Editor.

### Photo IDV result shown to agent

As soon as a customer completes a Photo ID Verification step in a workflow, the agent sees the pass/fail result.

## Fixes and Improvements

- [Forms] The option to add a section under a radio button or checkbox has been removed.
- [Forms] You can now add a boolean attribute field to a form.
- [IDV] When using the selfie option, the screens now have a close X option displayed to end-customers.
- [IDV] When using the selfie option the text "Detecting face, please wait" will now be displayed.
- [IDV] IDV step will only be displayed in a workflow bubble when the step is triggered by the logic.
- [IDV] iPad devices meeting the minimum requirements can now be used by end-customers.
- [IDV] When using seperate PDF settings for a workflow with IDV, a verification summary page was added to the agent download. This is now resolved.
- [Salesforce Integration] Completed documents will now upload to Salesforce, when using IDV in a workflow with Combined PDF settings disabled.
- [Workflows] Labels tied to attributes of type RB/CB/DD in an agent form will now be displayed in customer preview.
- [Workflows] An optional co-signer signature date's value is no longer displayed in agent preview.
- [Workflows] Customized document request name setting will now apply when sending completed files to agent or other email.
