# Release March 9, 2025

This release introduces enhancements to digital Forms, including a new tabbed page format, collapsible sections, customizable buttons, and improved field visibility. Document Analyzer now allows users to override rule decisions for greater flexibility.

Additionally, Workflow and document management have been improved with upgraded saving and moving dialogs, expanded Attribute support, and enhanced event tracking. Finally, support for self-service integration hubs has been fully deprecated.

## New features

### Form enhancements

This release introduces the following enhancements in digital Forms:

**New page display format**

Pages of a Form are now displayed as tabs in the Form builder. See [Pages](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/design-the-form#pages).

**Reorder pages**

Change the order of a page by clicking and dragging the page tab. See [Adding, deleting, and organizing pages](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/design-the-form#adding-deleting-and-organizing-pages).

**Hide page numbers**

Configure the Form to not show page numbers in the customer view. See [Hide page numbers](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/design-the-form#hide-page-numbers).

**Allow nested fields in a customer Form to be visible**

Until now, nested fields in a Form would only be visible to the customer after the parent field was selected. With this release, you can choose to make nested items visible upon opening the Form. See [Display all nested fields](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/create-forms#display-all-nested-fields).

**Collapsible sections**

Now you can make large Forms more readable by defining long sections to be collapsible. When the form is opened, sections are collapsed except for the first one, which remains open for the customer to fill in. See [Add and configure sections](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/design-the-form#add-and-configure-sections).

**Define CTA button**

On each page of a Form there is a call-to-action button, to either go to the next page or to finalize the Form. With this release, you can define the text of the CTA button, for example, change the Next button to read Continue. See [Customize the Next button](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/design-the-form#customize-the-next-button).

**Multi-line text Attributes for Form fields**

When you add a text Attribute field to a Form you can define it as multi-line, enabling you to capture and display more text than a standard single-line field. See [Single line / multiline](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/configure-form-field-settings#single-line-multiline).

## New Document Analyzer features

### Rule decision override

Document analysis rules compare known business data with data extracted from customer documents. Until now, if a piece of extracted data failed to fulfill a rule, you had two options when validating the document:

- Change the value of the extracted data when appropriate
- Submit the document with failed data

With this release, you can override the rule decision by changing a “fail” status to “pass”. This can be helpful in cases that the AI cannot identify as matching data. For example, Bill vs. William or Bob vs. Robert.
