# Release October 13, 2024

## Fixes

### Studio

- Page visibility in an agent Form that is based on the selection of 2 check boxes now works as expected.
- Highlighting and selecting in a rich text section of a Form now works properly.
- In the PDF Template builder, renaming fields nested under checkbox/radio button groups no longer pushes the field out of nesting.
- Functions can now be placed in their desired location on an HTML document.
- French accents in Documents Request file names are now displayed correctly.
- A concat function in a Workflow expression can now be added or updated even if a string contains a comma.
- Options in subsequent checkboxes and radio buttons now function as expected.
- Resolved an issue where datasets could not be uploaded.
- Campaigns 3-dot menu now shows all options.

### Collaboration room

- Additional participant emails are no longer sent prematurely for an External Document.
- Resolved an issue where sometimes documents from a completed session could not be downloaded.
- Resolved an issue where an agent Form would sometimes display “&” instead of “&”.
- Required fields in an agent Form can no longer be left blank.
- Required nested address Attributes (used in Loqate address verification) based on a condition in a Workflow are no longer bypassed.
- A short URL session ID is now updated when the session is reengaged and a new link is sent.
- Resolved an issue where in some cases a Workflow with an agent Form or External Document could not be sent.
- Labels from text Attribute values now wrap on mobile devices even when the values have no spaces.
- Resolved an issue where only one reminder notification was sent if the session was accessed by the customer but not completed.
- IDV results now show in completed sessions even when returning to the session from the history pane.
- A reminder is now sent when a custom Twilio hub is set as the default SMS provider and the Twilio hub number is set as the SMS sender name.
- An agent Form date picker field value now functions as expected even when adding the Workflow for a second time.
- SMS reminders are now triggered when short URL is enabled.
- Fixed issues in the French translation OTP interface.

### Settings

- Resolved an issue in the **Download completed document settings** where an agent or admin could not download Workflows when customer download was disabled.
- Saving headers in a custom integration hub under the **Session created** event now functions as expected.
- The**Allow session invitations and notifications to be sent via text messages** setting now shows in the settings of a newly created team.

### API

- The **Remind customer** API endpoint in v28.1 now supports sessions created using earlier endpoint versions.
- An incorrect date format in an API call no longer causes all data to disappear from the completed document.
- Resolved an issue where using the PATCH endpoint to complete a Workflow resulted in ignoring an “if empty” condition in an HTML.
