# Send session data to an email address

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> We recommend consuming the **Workflow completed** and **Workflow step completed** [Lightico webhook events](https://developers.lightico.com/docs/api-reference/hx4t0ssicfwdy-events) to obtain information about session data. However, if you are not able to integrate webhooks into your system, this article explains an alternate method.

This article explains how to set up an email connector hub that enables you to receive session data in the form of a CSV file via email. The data emails can be associated with the completion of a Workflow or a Workflow step.

To configure when to send the data email, see [Configure general Workflow settings](/v1/docs/configure-workflow-settings#send-workflow-data-to-an-email-address).

> [!TIP]

> You can set up multiple email connector hubs each one with different data values and email addresses.
