# Submit the validated package

This article explains how to submit a completed package in HITL (human-in-the-loop) mode, once all document classifications have been reviewed and validated. After submission, the package can no longer be modified by the reviewer and webhook events are triggered to provide valuable information about the document's analysis. This final step ensures that the validated package is officially closed and ready for the next step in your document handling process.

In STP (straight-through processing) mode, the package is submitted automatically when the analysis completes, and agents can still open it afterward to correct or confirm the results. ## Submitting the package

**To submit the document analysis package:**

1. Verify that you’ve completed all aspects of the validation for each document class. See [Validate a document package](https://knowledge.lightico.com/docs/verifying-a-document-package).

The package status changes to Submitted and it is locked from further modifications.

## Obtaining information about completed analysis and validation

Lightico sends webhook events as a document analysis package is processed, reviewed, and submitted, so you can track each package’s progress and receive the results in your system.
