# System requirements for Lightico Agents and Administrators

Lightico is a web based SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that runs in a web browser.

## Agent

A Lightico agent needs a stable internet connection and a supported browser. Your browser must be a stable release version:

On PC or Laptop:

- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge

On Tablet with at least 11" screen:

- Google Chrome

## Administrator User Interface

A Lightico administrator needs a stable internet connection and a supported browser. Your browser must be a stable release version on a PC or Laptop:

- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge

## Browser configuration

- Cookies must be enabled
- JavaScript must be enabled
- TLS v1.1 and TLS v1.2 compatible

## Network configuration

Some organizations restrict network traffic and you may need to contact your IT department to allow traffic for accessing Lightico.

| 443, 7443, 4443 | outbound | TCP | na1.lightico.com (North America) eu2.lightico.com (London) eu4.lightico.com (Frankfurt) eu1.lightico.com (Israel) |

The above ports need to communicate to the subdomain of your Lightico Account (e.g. na1.lightico.com).
