Defining Document Collection allows easy access for agents to click on the most frequently requested documents (stips collection). Specifically worded stipulations can be created in Lightico to send to end-users for collection.
In System Settings
- Go to Document Requests and select a Category Name
- A new category can be created by clicking on Add Category
- Select the required document by clicking on the tab Documents
- A new category can be created by clicking on Add Document
From the agent homescreen: the most frequently used document requests will appear at the top of the agent home screen. For historical or unused documents, use the Search function.
