If an agent forgets their password, they can reset it themselves by clicking on Forgot Password.
If a Lightico user attempts to login 3 times and fails, the user will be locked and an Admin will need to unlock the user in the Lightico Administration page and reset its password. Only a user defined in the role of Profile Admin or User Admin can perform a password reset.
Note: Admin username and password will be required to perform this action.
To unlock a user:
- Login to Lightico
- On the top right corner, under your login, choose Settings
- In the Administration menu, go to Users
- Find the user through the search function and click the unlock icon.
- Enter your username and password then click Send.
Make sure that when you reset the users password you follow the restrictions of 8 characters: one upper case, one lower case, one digit and one special character. You should not use the last password.
