Error received when unlocking/resetting a user


Why am I receiving "Error occurred" when I try to unlock a user and reset its password?




A Lightico user with administrator privileges can reset a users' password.

When doing so, the new password that the administrator enters, must meet the security requirements of the account as set under System Settings > Security tab, specifically for the following two fields:

minimal_password_length and deny_last_passwords.

The above message will be displayed if you try to reuse a previously used password. That is, the same password that was used, can not be repeated.


What to do

Make sure to meet the security requirements and use a unique password that hasn't been used before.
