Item deleted event
In cases where applicable, agents can delete content from the collaboration room. If a wrong document was shared, or the wrong document was requested, and the customer didn't complete the document, the agent can delete it from the room. Now, a webhook will be sent indicating that an item was deleted from the room, allowing the integrated system to keep track of the room status.
Fixes and Improvements
- [Login] The Lightico login page is now fully ADA complient.
- [Agent UX] Japanese: agents can now type Kanji characters in text fields in shared assets.
- [Customer UX] Japanese: customers were able to bypass a nested mandatory field. This is now corrected.
- [Customer UX] Hebrew: the Previous button now displays the arrow icon in the correct direction.
- [Customer UX] Unsuccessful file upload in a workflow did not request for a new attempt and allowed for completion of the workflow journey. This is now corrected.
- [API] When sending multiple esigns with cosigners in a new session, the cosigners received multiple invites at the same time, instead of only one. This is now fixed.
- [API] Workflow rule did not update when an API set default value was overwritten by customer selection. This is now fixed.
