Announcing a new accessibility toolbar for the agent console and customer session interface.
To use the toolbar:
Click the accessibility icon to reveal the toolbar.
Click any of the following options:
Font size - Enlarge the font size of the UI
Visually Impaired - Put the UI into high-contrast mode
Color Blind - Adjust UI colors to be able to be seen by a person who is color blind
Stop Animations - Disable any animated parts of the UI
Typical View - Restore the UI to the default view, without any accessibility overlays
Normalize Font - Change unusual fonts to more standard ones
Big White / Black Cursor - Change your cursor to a more visible size and color
