Fixes and Improvements

• [Customer UX] When a document was set to read only state, sometimes navigation buttons were missing. This is now fixed.
• [Reports] Table 3 has now been restored to the Scoreboard report.
• [Reports] The audit report will now indicate details when editing/publishing a shared asset.
• [Integrations] In a KBA authenticated session, customers now have an exit option in a document requests journey.
• [Datasets] When exporting datasets, sometimes the table was exported wrong. This is now corrected.
• [Workflows] In the form designer, the cascade by setting for a drop down attribute works now as expected.
• [Workflows] When changing the combined PDF download settings, historical documents could not be downloaded. This is now fixed.
