What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Salesforce package enhancements

Any salesforce agent that has access to start a Lightico session is assigned to a team and is configured by the team settings. 

In cases that different settings should be defined for the session, the agent can select a different team that holds the relevant settings for the session.

Starting a session from a specific communication number

Businesses are using communication channels such as Twilio to interact with their customers. Continuing the communication within the same channel and with the same agent identifier is essential for the best customer experience, hence the invite to a Lightico session should be initiated with the same agent identifier, such as name or phone number.

User Admin API

A new set of APIs allows the business to administrate the users' list. Including creating new users, deleting users, assigning users to teams, and so on.

Fixes and Improvements

• [CX] Customers were able to bypass a radio or checkbox group set as required. This is now fixed.
• [CX] Customers were able to submit a blank signature when choosing the Typed Signature option using keyboard space. This is now fixed.
• [API] When sending an esign with cosigner emails, the cosigner email is no longer case-sensitive. 
• [Lightico for Salesforce] The "Shared Documents" value will now reflect the expected number after a document is uploaded to Salesforce.
