This release includes the following new features:

Address validation in eForm

Workflows are a powerful tool for business users, to build and run complex scenarios in an automated way. One of the benefits of using workflows is to fill in eForms to populate documents data elements, or update the CRM, or take decisions through the automated workflow. "Address" is a new type of data that is now supported, validating the address entered by the customer to avoid errors in goods shipping, mail address, home address etc.

Masking of sensitive data in a completed document

In most cases, signed documents are visible to the customer and to the business. However, there are cases where these documents are shared with a 3rd party, with the customer consenting to that of course. Sensitive information such as social security numbers, or any piece of information that defined as sensitive by the business, should be masked when are shared with a 3rd party. A masked copy of the document is available using a new endpoint in Lightico API.

Allow list for web embedded journies 

Lightico customer journey experience can be shared via a web embedded method, usually using an iframe. In order to avoid phishing or other malicious use, security managers can define the URL or IP address that is allowed to host Lightico iframe. In case that the URL is not included in the allow list, Lightico customer side will not load into the page.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Agent Desktop] The word "Conversation" has been replaced across the agent desktop with the word "Session". 
• [Agent Desktop] The menu arrow icon next to the user name has been replaced with a hamburger button.
• [CX] When a template based document has a radio button group configured as required, customers can no longer skip the choice. 
• [CX] Values enclosed with the characters <> were not displayed on the PDF document. This is now fixed. 
• [Workflows] Improvements in the colour picker pop up when styling table cells in the HTML designer. 
• [Workflows] In the Form Designer, a previously deleted attribute could not be added again. This is now fixed. 
• [Lightico for Salesforce] When a drop down attribute is linked to a pick list in Salesforce, the asset cannot be opened for editing. This is now fixed.
• [Lightico for Salesforce] The "Updateable" setting for an attribute did not prevent for the value to update the field. This is now fixed.
• [Lightico for Salesforce] The Agent URL is now updated when a session is re-engaged.
• [Integrations] The twilio integration hub now displays the hub's image.
