What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Payment integration hubs

Moving from system settings to integration hubs, our set of payment integrations can be now added in an easier and effective way. This includes the following payment processors:

Delete an esign or document request from the room

API enhancement to existing functionality allows business applications developers, to have better control over the customer experience. In case that customers completed signing a contract however it was agreed by both parties that a change needs to be done, then the business application can delete the UI element of the signed contract from the agent and customer's UI. More details can be found in Lightico's developers' guide 

Fixes and Improvements

  • [Customer Experience] After uploading a document, if a customer clicked X instead of Done, it was impossible to upload further documents. This is now fixed.
  • [Customer Experience] When a customer entered a word which length did not fit in the specified multi-line field, the document froze. This is now fixed. 
  • [Customer Experience] Email and name for cosigner contact details are no longer case sensitive. 
  • [Documents] OTP validation status is now part of the Audit trail. 
  • [Notifications] Customised attributes from the Start Session window were not displayed as expected in notifications. This is now fixed.
  • [History] Administrators can now delete sessions in the History tab.
  • [User Management] Importing users via the CSV upload option will now work as expected.
  • [Workflows] When aligning an image in a form designer template, the setting will now be the same for the preview and the end customer view.
  • [Workflows] In an HTML template, the same font size will now be displayed to agents and to customers. 
  • [Integration hub] Customers can use their own Loqate account by typing their dedicated API key
