Article Summary

What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Separate audit trail appendix

An audit trail is an essential part of the electronically signed document.

However, there are cases in which the business decides to separate the audit trail appendix from the main document and share it or hide it on a separate cover.

Authorized.net payment integration

Authorize.net payment gateway is a visa solution for collecting payments electronically. Now it is integrated into Lightico and customers can complete their payments using Lightico's experience in a fast and easy way.

Customized text message in SalesForce package

Agents can now customize the text message invite or the email subject when inviting customers from Salesforce.

The capability is enabled by the business admin.

Fixes and Improvements

  • [Workflows] If the final step consists of a condition switch where "in all other cases" is linked to the end, the workflow cannot be completed. This is now fixed.
  • [Workflows] The configured minimum and maximum selection option in a checkbox group is not enforced.  This is now fixed.
  • [Workflows] Completed document request files can now be downloaded by both customer and agent when the combined pdf system setting is turned off.
  • [CX] When signing a document, the preview page will zoom in the document centering the "signature" button.
  • [CX] In some cases, the "Previous" button was missing in a workflow that is in Read Only state.
  • [CX] When sending multiple cosigner documents to a session, the cosigner received separate session invitation for each document.
  • [Japanese] The translation of the "Help Center" link is now displayed in Japanese.
  • [Integration] In some cases, completed documents did not get uploaded to AWS S3 storage. This is now fixed.
