Delete Session Data
Lightico saves some data during a session. For example, when you bind a field (for example, a phone number) to an attribute, the data in that field is saved for the duration of the session.
Lightico data is divided into three categories:
- Operational - Data about the session itself. For example, what time the session began and ended, how many items were included in the session, the id of the agent who created the session, and more.
- Sensitive - Attribute data that you define as sensitive when creating the Attribute.
- Non-sensitive - Attribute data that you define as non-sensitive when creating the Attribute.
To configure Lightico to delete data after a defined amount of time:
- Under Session data, turn on the toggle.
- Set the amount of time.
