Annual Certificate Renewal
Lightico Integration Customers utilizing Certificate AUTH to authenticate callbacks and requests sent from Lightico integration services will be required to update their hosted certificate as per the following schedule.

Production environment:
North America (NA1) - November 2, 2026 6:30 am UTC
Frankfurt (EU4) - November 2, 2026 9:00 pm UTC
London (EU2) - November 3, 2026 11:00 pm UTC

What happens if you do not update the certificate?
Failure to update the certificate ahead of the above schedule will cause callback delivery and requests to the configured integration endpoints be rejected.
