What's New

PDF template editor enhancements

Two new enhancements were added to the PDF template editor, allowing the user to have a better layout of the printed data over the document. Text (such as Name) or digits (such as passport ID or SSN) can be printed in a predefined spacing between the characters to allow a readable document.

In addition, we also added more options for selecting an option out of many (such as single select or multi select) by circling the selected option, or setting a V next to it. This comes in addition to the already supported X mark.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Agent] Sometimes, even though the agent login session expired, the agent was still able to perform certain actions. Agents will now be prompted to refresh their sessions if a timeout happens.
• [Agent] The Help Center menu now is displayed in localized language.
• [Customer] Selection in a drop down field which is nested under a checkbox is now retained after selecting/deselecting the checkbox.
• [BCP Journey] Exporting the payload included a typo in the sessionID. This is now fixed.
• [Configuration] When creating a new team, the Date settings are now working according to the new team's configuration.
• [Configuration] When changing the date format in System settings > UI, the changes are now reflected in the Audit trail.
• [Workflows] There is now a warning message before leaving an edited workflow without saving.
• [Workflows] You can now rename a workflow.
• [Workflows] When exporting datasets, sometimes the csv was listing the values under the wrong columns. This is now fixed.
• [Japanese] Sometimes a changed font size in configuring fields in a shared asset was not retained.
• [Salesforce Integration] The overlap template is now availabe when sending an ad-hoc document.
• [API] When creating session using customerID, cosigner invite was not sent. This is now fixed.
