What's New

Authoritative copy in batch

Documents that need to be securely vaulted, can be saved in an evault. With this release, these documents (template-based or ad hoc) can be shared by agents as part of a Send Batch process. Once the agreement is signed, an authoritative copy of the document is created and stored in the enterprise integrated evault.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Agent] When using customized fields in the Start Conversation/Pre-plan Conversation windows, the configured validation was not enforced. This is now fixed.
• [Customer] When in full zoom while previewing a document, clicking Sign sometimes did not shift the focus to the signature area.
• [Customer] When sending a document with prepopulated checkbox or radio button elements, changes via the customer wizard in these elements did not get reflected. This is now fixed.
• [Configuration] The character limit for the Approve and Sign consent texts in customized wording has now been increased.
• [Configuration] The footer referenced the System level Company signature, even if team level Company signature was defined. This is now fixed.
• [Configuration] The Footer in documents setting is now available for all accounts on System level as well.
• [Admin] The Help Center menu item is now part of localization.
• [Workflows] In the Form designer, sometimes, bounding an attribute wasn't possible even though the specific attribute wasn't yet bound to a field in the form. This is now fixed.
• [Workflows] Function attributes now support display of decimals.
• [Login] The validation pop up on the reset password page did not display the background properly. This is now fixed.
