Article summary

New features

This release includes the following new features:

Send completed Workflow documents to customer email

You can now allow customers to provide an email address for sending copies of completed documents. This feature ensures that customers receive completed documents for those times when they may overlook the manual download option in the collaboration UI. Enable this feature in system settings under Session > Document handling where you can also customize the document file name and email design.

For more information, see Document handling.

Character masking

When creating or editing an Attribute, define how many characters are masked by replacing them with a special character (*, -, or #). Character masking is supported for text and number Attributes. The characters are hidden in previews and completed documents. Only the audit shows the actual value.

For more information, see Character masking.

Campaign initial copy

Now you can save an initial copy of every document sent during a campaign. This copy is sent to external storage and can be used as a record that a document was sent to the customer even if they did not complete it.
For more information, see Run a campaign.

IDV send new invite event

IDV (Identity Verification) requires a mobile device to complete. When an IDV interaction is sent to a customer, if they open the session or Workflow on a computer, they are given the option of getting a second invitation sent so they can open it on their mobile device. With this release a new event has been added that is triggered when the customer clicks Send me a new invitation.

For more information, see the Events guide in the Developer center.

Improvements

Extended Attribute support for Tick-box documents

Tick-box documents now support dataset Attributes (checkbox, dropdown, radio button).

To learn more about Tick-box documents, see Create Tick-box documents.

SFTP optional timestamp

The Lightico SFTP integration enables you to transfer documents that are completed in a session to a custom server address. Lightico adds a timestamp to the end of all file names to ensure that each one is unique. With this release, if you have another way too create a unique filename, you can disable the timestamp.

For more information, see SFTP document transfer and storage.
