New features

This release includes the following new features:

List Attributes

With this release, we’ve enhanced the power and flexibility of Lightico’s data modeling with a new type of Attribute. List Attributes act as a container for multiple values of the same Attribute. For example, you can collect all the names of a customer’s children under one Attribute. In additions, by associating a Complex Attribute to a List Attribute, you can create a highly comprehensive data set. For example, you could create a list of medications for a patient where each item is associated with a medication name, dosage, and starting date.

List Attributes are currently supported in Forms and Dynamic Documents.

New API Features

Add a Workflow with a payment step

With this release you can now add a Workflow template via API that includes one or more payment steps. The developer is also required to include parameters for setting the currency and amount of each of the payments.

Fixes

Collaboration room

• A Workflow that includes a condition hub no longer completes without Agent signature when the Agent is set to sign last.

• The customer is now able to see all pages of an External Document even when the document is set to “Review”.

• The final Dynamic Document (HTML) is no longer affected by the end-user’s browser translation.

• When an SMS invitation to a pre-planned session fails the agent is not notified immediately without refreshing the session.

• Resolved an issue where a specific IDV Workflow scenario failed to update the IDV status in the Agent view.

• When switching from start session to preplan session, the contact details dialog now displays as expected.

• The session now functions as expected when the Auto open feature enabled.

Studio

• Resolved an issue where sometimes a customized file name set with a #DOCUMENT_CODE# would be applied to the completed filename.

• The text Attribute minimum character field in a Form now functions properly.

• Navigation improvements when the PDF's built-in Form is used in a Workflow.

Settings

• Resolved French localization issues.

• Changes made to a Salesforce integration hub now save as expected.

API

• A new activity notification is now triggered when a session is updated via API v28.1.
