Fixes

Collaboration room

• In an agent Form, conditional, required, nested attributes now function as expected.

• A value of “0” (zero) in an agent Form digit field now functions as expected.

• Resolved an issue where the progress banner text for interaction tile in the customer UI did not wrap in iOS.

• HTML is no longer translated in final document to the language selected in the end customer’s browser.

• Page numbers of a Form in a Workflow will now refresh to reflect the correct number of pages when a page is skipped based on a condition.

• French accents in Documents Request filenames are now displayed correctly.

Studio

• Resolved an issue where optional participants were duplicated in the agent Add participant list.

• Resolved an issue when exporting campaign results.

• A Workflow with a Form that uses Loqate address validation no longer requires re-validation due to session disconnection or connectivity issues.

• You can now define a default value for a number field in a Form from a data source Attribute.

• Resolved issues with accurately placing a field in a PDF Template.

• Resolved an issue when refreshing the PDF editor while editing.  

API

• When a session is created using the API, customers now receive an incomplete session reminder only via the channel through which they entered the session – SMS or email.

Salesforce integration

• Resolved an issue when initiating a session using Apex triggers.

• Resolved an issue where a Lightico session could not be accessed from Salesforce.
