This release includes the following new feature:

Create attributes in Form Designer

Every field in a form must be bound to an attribute. Now, when you add a field in the Form Designer, you can either bind it to an existing field, or create a new attribute on-the-fly without leaving the form you are designing. All attributes created in the Form Designer are saved and become available for use along with attributes created in the attributes page.

What New in the Salesforce app

Invite a non-Salesforce contact to a session

When you start a Lightico session from Salesforce you now have the option of manually adding a name and contact information, as well as selecting from your contacts.

Invocable Action - Generate PDF from Lightico template

A new Invocable Method action generates a PDF document based on a Lightico template and attributes mapped to Salesforce. The generated document is saved in the Notes and Attachments section of the originating record.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Workflows] Configurators can now rename a workflow directly in the workflow organizer. 
• [Integrations] A customer session will now reflect any payment status change automatically. 
• [Workflows] In the Form Designer, a nested attribute can now be moved. 
• [Workflows] Using attributes in a multiple-page Agent Form is now fully supported. 
• [Workflows] In workflow that contains an Agent Form with a switch configured, the step name will now appear according to the configuration. 
• [Workflows] In workflow that contains an Agent Form, agents can now add their signature directly on the signature pad. 
• [Workflows] Multiple workflows that contain Agent Forms can now be sent and completed in the same session.
• [Document] An agent can now re-engage a document cosigner. 
• [Workflows] Completed documents are now sent to the end customer upon selecting the "Send me a Copy" option in a self-service workflow. 
• [Localization] IDV now supports Spanish. 
• [API] The size of the customerData object used in the Create Session endpoint is limited to 64 kB, and the attribute size is now limited to 1024 bytes.
