What's New

This release includes the following new features:

DMaaS Document Storage  

The DMaaS integration for Lightico enables you to do the following: 

• Automatically store all completed documents in your DMaaS account. 
• Via the API you can update the metadata in a stored file.

Define Team Selection Options 

You can now define (globally and per team), which of the teams is an option for an Agent to select at the beginning of a session. For example, you may want to limit the customer service agents to your customer service team settings, but you want the sales agents to have access to both customer service and sales teams settings.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Configuration] When configuring options in a drop down field, the period "." character will now be removed.
• [Documents] An agent signature added on an ad-hoc document will now be required to be completed before sending the document.
