What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Add ad hoc e-sign document with an overlay template via API

Currently, you can add a document that was generated outside of Lightico using the API. With the new API release, you can now add a predefined overlay template that can include signatures, fields to fill, dates to capture and more. This allows you to combine the ad hoc external document generation system, and the power of e-sign and easy form filling.

Sort option for radio button group, check box group, and dropdown list

Inside a form, it is now possible to sort the list of options that are visible to the customer in a dropdown list, checkbox group, or radio button group. Sorting the options can be based on any property of the dataset.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Document] When available, Lightico now includes Agent IP information in the document Audit for sessions / documents added via API. 
• [Session] EVS validation works now as expected.
• [Customer UX] The consent message pop up window size has been optimized to avoid scrolling as much as possible. 
• [Workflows] When using a Switch item in a workflow, the Contains operator in a condition works now as expected.
• [Lightico for Salesforce] Agents can now copy & paste into fields of an asset before sending the document to the session.
• [Japanese] Mandatory date fields nested under a checkbox group behaved as optional. This is now fixed.
