New features

This release includes the following new features:

Enhanced Workflows directory

In this release we have added features to the Workflows directory page making it easier to find and organize your Workflows.

The following features were added:

• Workflow information columns - columns include: Created date, Last modified, Published, ID, Published status (A)

• Click to sort the table by any of the columns (B)

• Copy the Workflow ID from the directory (C)

• Rename the Workflow from the directory (D)
  

• Enhanced search results, including Workflow location - hover over the location to show the full path
  

System values enhancements

System values (or parameters) are values that the Lightico system either generates or regularly records such as customer name and contact information, IDs for sessions, Workflows, or Document Requests, and the current date.  
Until now, a limited selection of system values could be used in select places in the UI. With this release, the following enhancements have been added:

• All system values are now available across the platform wherever system values are used.

• System values are now available in the HTML builder for inserting into all types of HTML documents.

Session ID added to Mitek call metadata

Lightico now adds the Lightico session ID to Mitek calls in the dossier metadata under the customerReferenceId property. This allows you to query Mitek by specific session or reference the Lightico session ID directly from your Mitek account, providing clearer traceability for IDV events.

Fixes

Collaboration room

• Resolved an issue where completed documents would be downloaded without a file extension (.pdf).

• When a single quotation mark (‘) is entered as a value in a PDF Template field, it now displays correctly in the completed document.

• Page numbers of a Form now refresh to reflect the correct number of pages when a page is skipped based on a condition.

• French text corrections in several places in the UI and audit trail.

Studio

• User is now returned to the Shared items page after creating/saving an asset, as expected.

• Aligning text in the PDF Template builder now works as expected.

• Labels from text attribute values now wrap when displayed on mobile devices even if the values have no spaces.

• The HTML builder preview no longer displays extraneous lines and borders.

• Resolved an issue when selecting a participant label in a PDF item in the Workflow builder.

• Resolved an issue where an HTML document was displayed differently depending on if it was viewed from the HTML builder or the Workflow builder.

Settings

• Email subject notification settings for completed documents now enable you to include any .

Events

• Session created event now includes the email or phone number with which the session was created.
