🧮 Age calculation in Workflow function step

You can now calculate a customer’s age directly within a Workflow using a Function step. The calculation uses the customer’s birthdate and stores the result in an Attribute, making it available for use in conditions and content personalization. This enhancement removes the need for external scripts and enables smarter, age-based decision-making in a collaboration session.

Resolved the following issues:

• Document Request date and time was hidden behind an image.

• Photo ID authentication changes applied but did not reflect as expected in the admin UI.

• Session-entry OTP was not sent to additional participants when the session included an External multi-sign document.

• Filename in storage was drawing from the name value.

• IDV with selfie using iPad wrongly displayed "Mobile devices only" to the customer.

• Customer could not play a video which was part of a Form.

• Customized file name with an Attribute was not composed as expected.

• Unable to download draft documents from Workflows with functions.

• If custom file name is enabled, draft storage failed.

• The embedded session URL was not being generated as expected.

• Draft documents were sent to external storage with incorrect extension data.

Admin Center

Resolved the following issues:

• Color Code could not be fully entered when updating the color scheme in Format and design settings.

• Custom role users did not support separation of campaign and journey access.

• Custom role users were unable to select a Workflow for a campaign.

• Bulk Upload for user management produced a 500-error response when uploading users via CSV.

• Unable to rename Forms.

Case Manager

Resolved the following issue:

• Minimum character validation did not work as expected for a number Attribute in Case Manager.

System Usage

Resolved the following issue:

• In the Admin Center History page, the date criteria "equals to" filter was not working as expected.

Events

Resolved the following issue:

When using a PATCH to complete a Workflow any PDFs in the Workflow generated 2 Participant completed events.
