What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Agents can now preview customer's workflows

While the customer fills in forms, and sign documents, the agent can preview the workflow in parallel and provide assistance if needed or clarifying terms and answer questions about the deal package. 

Character spacing

Now business users can configure character spacing for drop-down lists, as well as formerly supported elements of text and digits.

Localization

The Hungarian language is now supported for agent and customer user interface. Üdvözöljük!

Mobile application experience

Hosting Lightico esign and workflow experience is now enabled for mobile apps. 

Mobile app users can fill up forms, sign documents, upload documents and all of this without leaving the mobile application!

Fixes and Improvements

• [Agent Console] When an agent attempts to view a completed batch of documents or a workflow in the agent’s desktop view, the preview was blank.   This has now been fixed.
• [Agent Console] The accessibility button was blocking the agent from filling out a visual basket when the field or checkbox is at the end of the form.  This has now been resolved.
• [Document] Fields bound to attributes with max/min length validation were not being.  This is now fixed.
• [Document] The preview mode of multi-line text field was cutting off words instead of starting them in a new line.  This has now been resolved.
• [Workflows] When adding a dropdown attribute to the form designer, the “cascade by” option was not saving. This has now been fixed.
• [Workflows] Spaces between the lines would have been added when creating a dynamic HTML document that is to be used in a journey.  This would be noticeable when viewed by the agent. This is now resolved.
• [Workflows] Conditions did not function when added to a section or page in the Form designer.  
• [Workflows] Function calculation with multiple attributes was not working correctly when added to a workflow.
• [Audit Report] Audit trail - when changing a document name, the name of the document would change older version file names as well.  
• [Japanese] Maximum length digit field validation was not working for Japanese keyboards. This is now fixed.
