Article Summary

What's New

Multi-signer in workflow

Documents that require more than one participant, can now be added to a workflow and allow the business configurator to build an automated flow that requires co-applicants signatures. These workflows can be added to the session using a new API capability.

Authoritative copy in Workflows

Workflows can now include documents that are meant to be sent to an eVault (authoritative copy).

Documents that are meant to be sent to an eVault can now be sent to a session as a template, by the agent as ad-hoc as part of a batch, or using a workflow.

Please note an EVault should be pre-configured to use this feature.

Sending a document for download only

A document that is only meant for download (without signatures or approvals) can now be sent in a session. This can fill the need for documents that need to be sent to customers for physical printing or mailing.

Fixes and Improvements

  • [Customer UX] In the customer wizard, a nested dropdown selection under a checkbox was not being retained after selecting/deselecting. This is now fixed.
  • [Customer UX] When setting checkbox or radio button values for agent side fields via API, customer preview showed all options selected. This is now fixed.
  • [Agent] Some users experienced difficulties initiating a session. This is now fixed.
  • [Shared assets] When an asset was published using Chrome with a zoom, it affected the font size in the preview mode of the document. This is now fixed.
  • [Reports] The History showed completed document requests as 0. This is now corrected.
  • [Attributes] The concatenate function attribute did not except an attribute that has a digit in its name. This is now fixed.
  • [API] Delete esign v21.3 now deletes the specified esign document permanently as expected.
  • [API] Events were sent to all hubs, even though a custom hub was specified. This is now fixed.
