Action Required: Update IP Filtering Configurations

If you use IP filtering for security when receiving requests from Lightico, please update your configurations to include our new IP addresses. The previous IP addresses will still be used as a backup, so it’s important to maintain both the old and new IPs in your application’s allow list.

WARNING

Failure to update these settings may result in service disruptions.

You can implement these changes at any time before the scheduled update to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.

For a list of all IP addresses used in the Lightico Digital Cloud Platform, go to About Lightico Domains and IP Addresses.

Support and Assistance

We understand that changes like this can be inconvenient, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance with updating your settings, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@lightico.com or your Program Manager.
