What's New

This release includes the following new features:

External (Ad Hoc) Document in a workflow

The following new features have been added to the External (Ad Hoc) Document element in a workflow:

• Multiple participants - The BC (Business Configurator) can now add multiple participants to the document completion process. Each participant can be assigned either as a signer or an approver. The agent is then responsible for providing contact information for each participant and positioning signature/initial fields for every signer involved.
• Overlay template - The BC can now assign an overlay template to the External Document element. This overlay is automatically added to the document uploaded by the agent. The overlay can include multiple participants.
• Static text - The agent can now add static text to the external document when they upload it to the workflow.
• External document API - A new API endpoint can upload the external document and enter participant contact info, replacing manual intervention by the agent.

New Admin pages navigation

This release, the Admin navigation panel is getting a facelift. For more information, see New Admin navigation - July 2023.

Improvements

• [Forms] Improved function of the form label which is a read-only form element that can be used as a heading or informational line in the form. 
• [Forms] Set the date format when a form label is defined as a date attribute. 
• [Forms] Improved function of the attribute field label, which is the line of text that appears above each field in the form.
• [Forms] In the Form Designer preview, the label now shows above the field, instead of inside the field. 
• [Forms] In the Form Designer preview and in the customer form, a date attribute field now includes a label above the field.
• [Forms] Improvements in field width configuration in a form. 
• [Mapping] Using the old editor, max character limit will now be enforced when Spacing is enabled.
• [Mapping] Using the old editor, improvements enforcing character limitations. 
• [Workflow] An IDV step in a workflow will only be displayed to a customer when required to complete.
