New Admin navigation - July 2023

At the end of July 2023, the Admin navigation panel is getting a facelift. To make it easier find the page that you need, tabs are organized into the following groups:

• Journey - Design workflows, the individual elements of the customer journey, and campaigns.
• Data Model - Configure attributes and upload datasets that enable you to structure and retain session related data.
• Settings - Configure system and team settings, manage users, configure integration hubs, and define wording templates.
• System Usage - View information about how you are using Lightico and replay events that failed.

Also notice the new Go to Collaboration Room button that replaces the Back to Agent Screen menu selection.
