What's New

This release includes the following new features:

External (ad hoc) document step in workflow

Lightico enables you to create digital document templates that utilize the full power of the completion platform, but many companies have a need to include documents that are generated outside of Lightico. Previously, these external (ad hoc) documents could only be presented to your customer as stand-alone documents. Now, you can integrate external documents into your automated workflows. 

Replay events

Sometimes Lightico users can experience events that fail and do not reach their third party platform. Now, you can query events, see their status, and, if necessary, replay them. 

Speak to your customer success agent to activate this feature. 

Choose how to receive phone-based verification OTP

During the phone-based verification process, customers can now choose to receive their OTP by text message or by voice call. This enables businesses to use this authentication feature even when the customer's registered phone number is a landline and does not receive text messages.

PayFabric payment integration

Customers with Delego PayFabric merchant can now collect payments using the new Lightico PayFabric integration.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Agent Console] When enabled in settings, agents can set different session settings by selecting a team other than their own at the start of a session. If the selected team settings require a session PIN to connect to the session, the New Session window now includes a field for creating the PIN. For more information, see Session access PIN authentication.
• [Form Designer] You can now edit existing attributes directly from the Form Designer without navigating to the attribute mapping page.
• [Photo IDV] A consent page has been added as the first step in the Photo IDV customer authentication. Before allowing a customer to submit a selfie to validate their identity, they must sign off on the consent page. 
• [Photo IDV] Customized colors will now apply to IDV screens as well. 
• [Workflows] In the HTML Designer, changes containing only spaces can now be saved.
• [Workflows] Min/Max character limits are now enforced in an agent form that is part of a workflow.
• [Workflows] Alignment improvements in multi-column customer forms for iPhone users. 
• [Configuration] Admins can now access the Customizations - Wording page. 
• [Configuration] New shared image and link items are now displayed to agents. 
• [Configuration] Text field property value "Number of max characters" is now displayed in the old PDF editor even when not bound to an attribute. 
• [Workflows] Aligned customer form default field validation errors now say "Invalid Input". 
• [CX] Improved customer experience for users with low signal.
