What's New

This release includes the following new features:

A fresh, new look for customer UI

In this release, we roll out the upgraded customer UI that enhances the overall user experience and makes the platform more intuitive and visually appealing. For a full description see A fresh, new look for the customer collaboration UI.

Primary participant can assign a Workflow document to additional participants

Sometimes, the contact details of additional participants to a session are unknown. Until now, this would prevent a multi-participant Workflow from being sent. In this release, the agent can now choose to allow the primary participant to provide the information and send the document without contact details. A session invitation is sent to these additional participants after the information is provided.

Workflow condition based on team

Now you can set a condition in a Workflow based on the team from which the session was created. For example, you may want to present a different document to sign in a Workflow depending on the team. 

This feature is supported for Workflow conditional hubs and switches.

Customize customer background

Define a custom background for the customer collaboration UI in system or team settings under Format and design > Background for customer session.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Workflow] Workflows containing both an agent form and an external document can now be sent to a session.

• [Workflow] Improvements in copy-pasting content with and without formatting to a dynamic HTML document.

• [Workflow] Improvements for processing failed manual verification flow.

• [Workflow] Improvements in managing conditions and objects when configuring a Dynamic HTML document.

• [Workflow] The condition expression preview in a Dynamic HTML document is returned to the condition editor screen.

• [IDV] All screens are now translated to the selected language in both Photo IDV and Session PIN options.

• [Notifications] A notification is now be triggered for a re-engaged co-signer contact.

• [CX] Drop down selection display is now consistent across browsers for iOS devices.

• [CX] Long asset and workflow step names are now displayed with text wrapping.

• [Configuration] Radio button, checkbox and dropdown attributes can be used in the Start Session window.

• [User management] Employee ID validation will no longer check against deleted users.

• [History] Ability to download documents from historical sessions residing in Archive DB has been restored.
