This release includes a small set of usability and configuration improvements across document handling and presentation. It expands Advanced Processing flexibility, improves document visibility for agents during live sessions, and adds more control over how documents are generated and displayed.
New features
This release includes the following new features:
IDP in Collaboration Room
🧠 Advanced Processing now supports additional document types
Advanced Processing in Document Requests is no longer limited to Mitek-supported document types. You can now configure Advanced Processing for additional document types, as long as a corresponding processing model has been created for your profile.
Note
Available document types depend on the models enabled for your profile. Creating or enabling new models requires coordination with your Lightico service or implementation team.
For more information, see Create Document Requests.

👁️ Preview Dynamic Documents in the agent console
Agents can now preview Dynamic Documents directly from the agent console. This allows agents in assisted sessions to view Dynamic Documents as customers progress through a Workflow, bringing Dynamic Documents in line with existing document preview capabilities.
For more information, see Document handling.
🗂️ Configure Combined PDF per team
You can now configure the Combined PDF setting at the Team level, giving you more flexibility in how documents are packaged. Teams can optionally override the system-wide setting, so different Workflows within the same environment can follow different document output rules without affecting each other.
For more information, see Create Workflows.
🅰️ Use the Lightico UI font in Forms, Dynamic Documents, and PDFs
Heebo—the font already used across the Lightico interface—is now available as an additional font option in Forms, Dynamic Documents (HTML), and PDF Templates. Business Configurators can select Heebo anywhere fonts are supported, helping align field labels and document content with the existing UI typography for a cleaner, more consistent look and feel.
