New Features

This release includes the following new features:

Document Analyzer release

Document Analyzer is Lightico's new Al-powered Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) offering. Document Analyzer leverages advanced AI models to analyze diverse documents accurately and efficiently.

It classifies documents into predefined categories and extracts relevant customer data fields with very high precision. A user-friendly interface enables a human co-pilot to validate the already AI-extracted and organized data and documents, ensuring accuracy and improving the AI model.

Document Analyzer empowers businesses to partially automate manual tasks like 'stare and compare', reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.

For more information about Document Analyzer, see the following documentation:

Send co-signer invitations when a Workflow is added

In the settings tab of the Workflow builder, you can configure all participant invitations for the first order group to be sent upon adding a Workflow to a session. This ensures that cosigners/approvers in the first order group don’t have to wait for the primary participant to reach the PDF step in the Workflow.

For more information, see Create multi-signer Workflow.

Render a static URL as a Dynamic Document section

With this release, you can now easily add a rendered URL to a Dynamic Document or Tick-box Document. The static HTML from the provided URL is presented seamlessly as a part of the document.

The URL can be placed as a specific address or as a placeholder where the URL address is defined by the agent or API when the Workflow is added to the session.

For more information, see Add dynamic elements to a Dynamic Document.

New API features

Dynamic and Tick-box Documents in dynamic Workflow

A dynamic Workflow is a Workflow whose steps are defined by API as opposed to a Workflow template which is defined in the Workflow builder UI. Now, you can include Dynamic and Tick-box Documents as steps in a dynamic Workflow.

For more information, see the Add dynamic Workflow endpoint in the Lightico developer center.

Special announcement

With this release, there is a change in the functionality of legacy Attributes as follows:

All checkbox, dropdown, and radio button Attributes that were created as Document entity will no longer be available for use in configuring Lightico assets and Workflows, including PDF Templates, HTML/Dynamic Documents, Forms. and Workflow conditions.

Assets and Workflows already created with these Attributes will continue to be supported.

For more information about creating Attributes and Attribute entity, see Understanding Attributes.
