What's New

This release includes the following new features:

Version control 

Lightico now enables you to restore previously published versions of template based documents. In addition to the published versions, you can also restore the most recently saved draft of the document.

Time zone

You can now define a time zone for a profile or a team. The time zone affects the Signature date field in documents and the dates that appear in the audit trail. The same time zone is also used when you configure notifications about incomplete sessions.

Signature date and time

You can now display the time as part of the Signature date field in documents. Up until now, only the date was displayed and now you can choose from 4 different time formats to appear together with the date.

Agent signature date and time

You can now add an Agent signature date and time field to an ad-hoc document

Document request for team

The Document request option is now controlled on the team level. You can switch it On/Off according to the needs of each team.

Lightico Interface Summer Refresh

We have refreshed the look and feel of Lightico’s agent and customer interface as well as administration pages. For details about the changes, see Lightico Interface Summer Refresh.

Fixes and Improvements

• [Login] Remaining issues around user's resetting their passwords are now resolved.
• [Session] Ad-hoc image sent to customers was considered as an incomplete workflow and caused reminders to be sent out. This is now fixed.
• [Session] Drop down attribute values will now carry through if additional documents with the same attribute are sent.
• [Document] Bound attribute values did not pass to other bound fields in the same document. This has been resolved.
• [Customer UX] In some cases, when opening a document or workflow, the consent message pop up was displayed too small and a scrollbar appeared. The scrollbar will now appear only if the defined max window height is reached.
• [Workflows] The name of the aggregate function was displayed to the agent before filling out a visual basket form. This is now fixed.
• [API] If a multisigner document was sent to a session, events were sent to all custom hubs instead of the one specified in the request.
• [API] When a document request is added to the session, the Workflow Added by an Agent callback event wasn't triggered. This is now fixed.
• [Customer UX] Replaced the date entry field with date picker in the KBA window.
• [Customer UX] Added improved notification window for KBA authentication failure.
