This article outlines the main changes that will take effect in the agent and customer interface as well as administration pages as part of the Lightico rebranding process.
The changes center around the following visual elements:
- New logo
- New color palette
- Polished icons and buttons
- UI font
The user interface changes do not affect the functionality or any part of the user experience.
Note:
Customized colors in System-level or in a Team-level, as well as customized email templates, are not affected by the user interface changes
