This release includes the following new features:

Comparing an Attribute to an Attribute in a condition

In the past, you could only create a condition for a text Attribute where the second variable is free text, like the following:

If personal_first_name = George ...

Now, you can use a text Attribute for the second variable, like this:

If personal_first_name = customer_name ...

This feature is relevant to conditions in Workflows, Dynamic Documents, and Forms.

Improvements

• [API] In the new v28.1 Create new session endpoint, you can now specify a custom integration hub for capturing event webhooks.

• [Attributes] Now, you can use complex Attributes everywhere that conditional phrases are used (Workflows, HTML documents, and Forms), except for conditional signatures. See Create complex Attributes.

• [Form] Now you can use Attributes in a rich text section of a Form. See Create forms.

Fixes

• [Dynamic Document] Conditions and objects no longer cause misalignment in the customer view of the document.

• [Dynamic Document] Downloaded draft of a Dynamic Document now properly calculates conditions.

• [Form] Form fields are now aligned in the agent basket view.

• [Old PDF builder] Long intro text in an asset created with the old PDF builder (wizard) can now be scrolled when accessed from a mobile device.

• [PDF Template] When including English characters in a Hebrew Multiline text field, the characters now appear in the correct direction (left to right).

• [Session invitation] On IOS devices, a short URL session link containing a tilde (~) now works as expected.

• [Shared assets] Reinstated support for JPG image uploads and images are available to the agent immediately after upload.

• [Workflow] Modifying the custom opening and closing screen in a duplicated WF now longer applies changes in original Workflow.

• [Workflow] Once a date field value is set for a Workflow all subsequent date fields will show the same value.

• [Workflow] Conditions are now consistently triggered using Attributes from the New Conversation window.
