This release includes the following new features:

Topaz Signing Pad Support

We're pleased to let you know that Lightico now seamlessly integrates with Topaz signing pads. Your customers can now sign PDFs and Dynamic Documents with ease, enhancing the document signing experience. Simply enable this feature in the system settings (see Configure session behavior) and plug in the signing pad.

Export and Import Dynamic Documents

With this update, you can now export Dynamic Document HTML templates from one Lightico domain to your computer and import them into a different Lightico domain. This functionality enables you to conveniently utilize existing assets to duplicate or create new templates with ease.

Auto Open

Enable the new Auto Open feature to seamlessly open added assets, Workflows, and Document Requests upon session entry, bypassing the collaboration room. Say goodbye to unnecessary clicks and hello to a more efficient user experience. This feature can be enabled/disabled in system and team settings.

Improvements

• [Customer UI] The agent connected icon in the customer UI now disappears instead of being grayed out when an agent disconnects from a session or during a self-service session.

• [Payments] When performing a payment in a session, customers now receive an error notification if they attempt to input a date earlier than the current one.

Fixes

Collaboration room

• Document Request names are now limited to two wrapped lines, allowing the customer to easily read them.

• The download icon will no longer appear when download is disabled.

• Form fields are now aligned in the agent view.

• Resolved an issue within a specific Workflow use case where a draft watermark was mistakenly added despite being disabled in settings.

• Payment now includes validation/error messages for expiry dates in the past.

Studio

• Resolved an issue encountered when including an agent form within a Workflow.

• When replacing a bound form in a Dynamic Document, the Form search now works properly.

• When using a PDF Template in a Workflow, the Use the PDF form setting now displays the correct status.

• Resolved an issue when adding an Attribute using the @ symbol in a Dynamic Document.

Settings

• In a custom integration hub, header data is no longer replicated across other events that were not being edited.

• Elements in the customer UI now properly apply the secondary color scheme configured in system setting under Format and design.

• The system now prevents creation of two datasets with the same name.

System Usage

• On the History page search, you can now select from a full range of operators.

API

• The Add message to external platform endpoint now functions properly in all environments.

• The Delete multiple users endpoint is now functioning properly.

• Form labels now correctly take default values from Attributes when the Workflow is added using the Add Workflow template to a session endpoint.

Events

• The Wizard completed event is now triggered only once in all scenarios, addressing a specific scenario where it would be triggered twice.
