What's New
This release includes the following new features:
Allow agents to fill in a form in a workflow
You can now add a form to the beginning of a workflow and define it to be filled out by the agent. When the agent sends the workflow, a pop-up appears enabling them to fill in the form before the workflow is added to the session. Data entered by the agent affects conditional fields and pages in the workflow and defines attributes for this session.

Hide PDF form in workflow
When you add a template-based document to a workflow, you have the option of hiding this auto-generated form and replacing it with a custom form. This enables you to brand and customize the form using the Form Designer for a much better user experience.

Customize opening and closing screens for eSign documents
Wording templates now include the option to customize the following for template-based and ad hoc eSigns:
- Opening screen title and text
- Closing screen title and text

Session consent forced review enhancements
The following enhancements were made:
- Forced Review setting function has been improved
- You can define forced review for team settings independently of the system configuration

"Empty" and "Any" conditions for switch and hub workflow elements
For text, number, date, and address attributes, the following conditional terms have been added:
- “Is empty” - for when no value is provided for the attribute
- “Is not empty” – for when any value has been provided for the attribute
For dropdown, checkbox, and radio button attributes, the following conditional terms have been added:
- "No selection" - for when no option is selected
- "Any selection" - for when any option is selected

Fixes and Improvements
- [Workflows] In order to comply with security standards, an OTP is now mandatory for self-service workflows.
- [Customer UX] Android users can now check/uncheck a tickbox type dynamic document where "Force users to scroll down" is enabled.
- [Settings] Customized file name configuration will now be applied when downloading document request files from a completion email.
- [Settings] Setting the "Include time in Signature date" option to disabled will now apply for ad-hoc documents as well.
- [Reminders] Reminders are now sent based on the team setting from session creation.
- [Reports] When a session history search yields over 1000 results, the most recent sessions are now listed.
- [Workflows] In a workflow Form, a required Text type field can no longer be bypassed with a space character.
- [Settings] Agent Chat Enabled/Disabled settings are now applied when creating a session from a different team.
- [Integrations] v22.1 Update esign data - Setting the "state" parameter for a download-only document to "COMPLETED", the end-customer can now download the document from the session.
- [Integrations] v21.3 Access token - the request parameter "scope" is now optional.
- [Integrations] When Single Active Session is enabled, the agentURL will load the session as specified in the URL even if the agent has other active sessions.
- [Fonts] Added Non-Dottee font family.
