Help Center documentation site update
This month, you’ll notice that our documentation has a fresh, modern look! While the design has been updated, all the features and content you’re familiar with remain the same. Enjoy the improved experience, designed to make it even easier to build and complete your customers' journeys.
New features
This release includes the following new features:
Prevent admins from changing SMS settings
Due to limitations imposed by The Campaign Registry (TCR), SMS content can be changed only by certified users. In this release, you can request to disable SMS settings in the Lightico Admin Center allowing them to be viewed but not modified.
For information about these settings, see Send notifications.
Read-only fields in Forms
Now you can define Form fields as read-only. This allows you to add Attribute values to the session, for example, via agent Form or API and show them in the customer Form without allowing editing.
For more information about Form settings, see Configure Form field settings
New Document Analyzer features
Manually classify documents
Previously, manual document classification was limited to AI-trained models. With this update, users can select from any defined Document Request type, ensuring more precise and accurate categorization.
This feature is supported when users:
Change the AI-assigned classification of a document.
Assign a classification to a document that was not recognized by the AI.
In addition, now a document can be submitted as unclassified if no available classification applies.
For more information, see Validate a document package.
Group pages by document classification
The Document Analyzer now automatically groups pages that were classified under the same document type, improving accuracy in rule application and document structure. This enhances reliability and makes analysis clearer and more efficient. Previously, pages of the same document could be broken into multiple documents, leading to incorrect rule evaluations and confusion during review.
New Salesforce feature
Invocable methods to support Workflows
With this release we have added two new invocable methods to the Lightico Salesforce app:
Create session
Add Workflow
For more information, see Invocable Method.
Improvements
Filter History page according to session settings
Now you can filter session history by what settings were used in the session, regardless of the agent’s team. This is in addition to the existing filter that filters for sessions started by an agents’ team, even if they used different settings for the session.
For more information, see Administrator session history.
Usability enhancements in Dynamic Document builder
A series of improvements were made to the Dynamic Document builder to streamline the editing experience for business configurators. Together, these changes reduce friction and make the builder more intuitive.
Sticky toolbars for easier editing within sections
Auto-scroll to newly added sections
Font style now persists until manually changed
Ability to insert a new line as part of an object
New lines between objects now behave as expected (objects appear one below the other)
For more information about the HTML / Dynamic Document builder, see Create Dynamic and other HTML documents.
